At Seraphinite – The Art of Skincare, customer satisfaction and product safety are our priorities. Due to the nature of skincare products, our refund and return policy has been created to ensure hygiene, fairness, and transparency.

1. No Returns on Opened or Used Products
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of any opened, used, or tampered skincare products.

2. Eligibility for Returns (Unopened Products Only)
Unopened products may be eligible for return only if:
The product is completely sealed and unused
The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery
The product is in its original packaging
Approval is at our sole discretion.

3. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product Received
If you receive:
A damaged product
A leaked or defective product
The wrong item
You are eligible for a replacement at no extra cost.

Requirements:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Order number
Clear photos/videos showing the issue
Unboxing video (recommended to support verification)
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement shipment.

4. Refunds
Refunds are provided only in certain cases, such as:
Order cancellation before dispatch
Non-delivery due to our error
Approved return of an unopened product
Product unavailable or out of stock after payment
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Opened or used skincare products
Products damaged due to customer misuse
Items returned without prior approval
Free gifts, promotional items, or samples
Products purchased during sales or discount offers

6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer product exchanges unless the wrong product was shipped by us.

7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation approval depends on order status at the time of request.

8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address leading to delivery failure:
No refund will be issued
Reshipping may incur additional charges

9. Shipping Costs on Returns
If a return is approved for an unopened product:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
